The D6500 Analog Output Module generates dc voltage and current output signals and communicates using the Modbus RTU serial protocol. The voltage output ranges are 0-10V, +/-10V. The current output ranges are 0-20mA, +/-20mA.

The D6500 analog output modules contain no pots or DIP switches. All user-selectable settings, such as ranges, communications settings are stored in nonvolatile EEPROM, which maintains these values even after power is removed. Click on the data sheet and users manual links below for more details.

The D6500 analog output module can be mounted on a DIN-Rail using the MK-1 mounting kit.

The D6500 analog output modules are compatible with all commercial  software programs and OPC servers that support the Modbus RTU protocol. Commercials software programs from Wonderware, DreamReport, National Instruments Labview, Indusoft, DAQFactory and  Dasylab all support the Modbus RTU protocol. OPC Servers from  Kepware and MatrikonOPC support the Modbus RTU protocol.
