The Rugged Series RTD probes are compatible with a variety of MadgeTech data loggers. The series of Rugged RTD probes are 4-wire, 100 Ω platinum sensors with a metal strain relief. The metal strain relief is located at the junction of where the lead wire meets the probe and adds another level of protection at this location. The probe series is available in a 6 in x 3/16 in diameter or a 12 in x 3/16 in diameter sheath model, both with a 36 in lead wire. This probe model is well suited for applications in which extra protection is needed at the lead wire and sheath junction.
