The SenseAnywhere AiroSensor 20-20-43 is equipped with the SenseAnywhere Bus (SAB)  digital interface. The SAB is a hot-swap interface that provides data and communication for the Pt100 probe, when connected to the datalogger. SenseAnywhere’s Smart Probe is equipped with a Class A Pt100 element, providing accurate measurements over a wide temperature range from -200 ˚C to +200 ˚C making it a perfect solution for monitoring cryogenic applications and ULT freezers. 

Individual calibration
A great benefit of this Smart  Pt100 Probe is that you can calibrate it individually, separate from the AiroSensor base unit. This is a major advantage compared to analogue interfaces, where you would calibrate the data logger and the measuring device as a pair.
