The MBS series is suitable for most flow measurement application involving aggressive or corrosive gases.  In this configuration, the flow body and sensor are upgraded to 316L stainless steel and the elastomers are FFKM to withstand corrosion.

Alicat’s MBS series mass flow meters can be custom built with your choice of options.  Choose your communications protocol, display, process connections, elastomers, flow totalizer, and calibration.  Need further customization?  Contact us and we'd be happy to help you build the instrument you need.

Each flow meter comes with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate, an Alicat operating manual, a micro-USB charging cable and AC wall adapter.
