Alicat’s liquid flow controllers offer accurate flow measurement and stable control for water or other liquids, including methanol, iso-propanol, ethanol, ammonia, dimethylether, iso-pentane, thiophene, iso-octane or heptane. All liquid flow instruments include bleed screws for easy removal of air pockets.

Control liquid flow rates up to 10 LPM or as low as 0.01 CCM with the fastest control response available in a liquid flow controller.  The LC series of liquid flow controllers features fast-acting proportional valves for control or dispensing applications.  Custom orifice sizing and valve options enable you to satisfy your application and performance requirements. The optional precision dispensing package adds a flow totalizer and control firmware for easy batch processing.

For higher flow rates (1 - 5 LPM), maintain speed and accuracy with near-frictionless rolamite valves.  This allows for precise control of high-rate gas fows.  Proprietary orifice patterns enable Alicat to customize a rolamite to satisfy your application and performance requirements.

Instruments in the standard LC series are also available with an optional “S” configuration (LCS) for use with some corrosive liquids.  In the basic configuration, the elastomers have been upgraded to FFKM.  Some corrosive liquids require 316L stainless steel and in this case, the valve (type PCA) and flow body can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel for full-scale flow ranges of 500 CCM or less.

Alicat liquid controllers can be customized with your choice of communications protocol, display, process connectors, elastomers, flow totalizer, integrated potentiometer control, and custom calibration. 

Each liquid flow controller comes with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate and an Alicat operating manual.
