Insulating Canister
Extend the range of the bendable style ValProbe RT's up to depyrogenation tunnel & dry heat oven temperatures.
Kaye ValProbe RT (real-time) data loggers are battery-powered and operate with temperature-optimized Li-batteries that can withstand up to +140°C. However, to safely operate the ValProbe RT validation system at higher temperatures, such as in depyrogenation tunnels, dry heat ovens, and temperature chambers, we have developed a special insulation canister.
The insulation canister employs vacuum-sealed insulation material, extending the operating range of the bendable ValProbes to temperatures up to +360°C. This proprietary insulation material provides a compact and low-profile design, making the canister ideal for thermal validation and temperatures over +140°C. With dimensions of only 45 mm (1.77 in) in diameter and 149 mm (5.87 in) in length, the canister is particularly suitable for space-constrained applications.
The robust construction from 316 stainless steel ensures high durability and longevity. The insulation canister is compatible with single, dual, and five-channel ValProbe RT bendable temperature data loggers, allowing their use in various applications, including depyrogenation tunnels, dry heat ovens, and temperature chambers.
By using the Kaye ValProbe RT insulation canister, you can extend the operating range of your Kaye ValProbe RT data loggers to temperature areas above +140°C.
