CTR-25 Portable Liquid Calibration Bath

The Kaye CTR-25 is an optimized Liquid calibration bath specifically designed for the calibration and verification of data loggers for the qualification of thermal processes in the GxP environment. This portable Liquid calibration bath offers maximum mobility, large bath capacity, fast heating and cooling rates, as well as optimized temperature stability and distribution. It is the ideal solution for calibrating and adjusting deployed temperature sensors, either in the calibration laboratory or directly on-site at the facility. The CTR-25 allows efficient verification of up to 10 Kaye ValProbe or ValProbe RT real-time data loggers, as well as the calibration of temperature sensors with various geometric dimensions.  

The integrated firmware of the CTR-25 Liquid Bath Calibrator allows both automatic verification of RT ValProbe loggers in combination with a traceable temperature standard (Kaye IRTD-400) and manual verification of standard Kaye ValProbe data loggers. The portable and robust liquid bath makes it easy for users to perform regular checks on their loggers, minimizing the risk of inaccurate temperature readings. Thanks to the wide temperature range of the CTR-25, the calibration bath is suitable for calibration or verification of temperature sensors for thermal validation or process sensors in numerous applications:

• Steam-in-Place (SIP): 122 °C to 140 °C
• Steam sterilization: 121 °C to 135 °C
• Bioreactors: -10 °C to 100 °C
• Cold storage: -25 °C
• Generally, for all applications from -25°C to +140°C

User-Friendly and Low Maintenance: 

The CTR-25 Liquid Bath Calibrator features a clear color display that shows the current measurement parameters, including date, time, and the temperature of the bath medium. The transportation of the CTR-25 is facilitated by a sturdy carrying handle and a sealed stainless steel housing. An integrated overflow tube ensures that excess bath medium is safely directed into a catch container, while a drain tube simplifies the medium change or drainage for transport. The integrated ValProbe logger holder simplifies handling and provides a maximum capacity for parallel calibration of up to 10 Kaye data loggers.
