Namur digital input module Ex i inputs, 16 channels for Zone 1/Div. 1
The Series 9470/22 digital input module for Zone 1 has 16 channels for Ex i operation of de-energised contacts or NAMUR proximity switches. Channels 14 and 15 can also be configured for frequency measurements or as a pulse counter for frequencies of up to 20 kHz. All inputs are short-circuit proof, galvanically separated from the system and individually monitored to check for wire breakage/short-circuiting.
• Sixteen channels for contacts and NAMUR proximity switches – can also be used for frequencies
• Ex ia IIC intrinsically safe inputs with line fault monitoring
• Module in Zone 1 can be replaced without having to disconnect the power supply (i.e. hot-swapped)
