PIE is pleased to introduce the New Model 525B which replaces the PIE Model 525. This moves their Dual Thermocouple & RTD calibrator to the PIE Evolution enclosure with a rubber boot, tilt stand, 4 “AA” batteries and backlit display. Not only did they move the product into the new enclosure, they also made a number of other improvements:

• Increased number of T/C types from 10 to 14
• Added RTD types for Platinum 10, 50, 200 & 500 Ohm for the 1.3850 (IEC 751/DIN) curve
• More accurate & stable cold junction compensation
• Secondary display
• Troubleshoot RTD Sensors & Instruments

• Calibrate T/C instruments to 0.1 & 0.01 °F & °C
  - Types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, G, C, D, L (J DIN), U (T DIN) & P (Platinel): -13.000 to 80.000 mV
• Calibrate RTD instruments to 0.1 & 0.01 °F & °C
  - Pt 10, 50, 100, 200, 500 & 1000 Ohm (3850)
  - Pt 100 Ohm (alpha=3902, 3916, 3926)
  - Cu 10 & 50 Ohm and Ni 120 Ohm
