This spring-loaded RTD/thermowell assembly has a time constant of less than 4 seconds, vs. standard assemblies that are up to 25 seconds. The thermowell is 0.200″ (5.080 mm) at its smallest point which allows the sensor to respond quickly. The thermowell has a threaded process connection and is available with a variety of extensions and connection heads. Temperature range -196 to 500°C.
